How the numbers work
For each task we take the hours you enter and multiply by the share we can usually take off your plate. That share is cautious on purpose: some of every task still needs you. We count 46 working weeks a year, allowing for holidays. The value is simply hours × what an hour of your time is worth. Use what you'd pay someone else, or what you could earn doing paid work instead.
